About Ordering
1. Please try to full fill the forms completely and clearly. Otherwise, we may not be able to deliver due to your inadequate order information.
2. Our working time: 8:30 -- 20:00. For the order you placed in non-working time at night, it will not be guaranteed to deliver in the next early morning. It can be deliver in the next afternoon. For the same day delivery, please place your order at least before 5pm. After 5pm,the order will be directly transferred delivery to the next day;
3. Please check your Email after ordering. For Every order, we will send at least 3 Emails to confirm: one for notification of receiving your order and payment, one for notification of accomplishment of your order. (Mail send automatically by system, occasional delay or no email received because of network connection problems, please understand).
4. If you chose non-online means of payment-Western Union, after you remitting, you should please timely send an E-mail to inform us (the only way in which we can check your payment). Otherwise, we will not be able to confirm whether your order has been paid. The email should include: your name, order number, the amount of remittance and Money Transfer Control No., As well as identity verification issues. After we get these information, we will go to the local agency of Western Union for your remittance, and then we will arrange your order.
We will follow your order information, please fill in details seriously. When you receive the email about your shopping list, please check the products on the list and revise the order in time if any error. We will not bear responsibility, if your order is delayed or unable to deliver due to the following reasons:
