About Delivery 

We have already developed flowers and gifts delivery service in more than 2000 cities. In urban area, we provide door-to-door free delivery by our local chain florist. Suburbs delivery is required $5 service charge, outer suburbs is required $8 delivery charge. If your delivery area is not in our distribution list, or you don’t know the range of your delivery area, please contact us to confirm!

1. Our delivery time for a normal day: 8:30-20:00. It will be required extra $2-5 service fee for the rest time delivery. We promise that we can finish the order in 2-24 hours. In principle, we do not promise to provide delivery in certain specific time, such as at 10:20 (We can only promise to send in the morning or the afternoon on X day, or before X o’clock, or between X o’clock). However, if you have special requirement for delivery time, you can make a note in the “special requirement”. We will send at your designated time. If there are some special reasons for delivery delays, such as bad traffic conditions, unable contact with consignees and so on, we will not assume liability. On the day of some important festivals such as Christmas, Chinese New Year, Valentine's Day, the Mid-Autumn Day, Mother's Day and so on, we cannot meet your needs for delivery at a designated time. We can only promise to delivery in the same day.

2. We deliver strictly according to customer’s requirements. The picture on the site are only for reference, but the item and value will be the same and the effect is guaranteed.

3. We usually contact with the recipient before delivery. If you don’t want to let the recipient know in advance, you should make a note in “special requirements”. Sometimes, we can not be able to contact with the recipient when we arrive, we may transfer the flowers to the recipient’s friends, colleagues or families, etc. If we can’t deliver due to the not correct address or phone number of recipient, we will not bear Any responsibility.
