About international delivery

1. We provide international delivery service by the local outstanding florists all over the world. The quality and prestige can be guaranteed.

2. The recipient’s information including name, address and the words on message card should be written in English or similar letters;

3. In order to make delivery in time, please fill in the recipient’s information in detail. You can choose to sign your name or not on the message card. Generally speaking, you need to place the order two workdays ahead, but on some important festivals such as Mother's Day, Christmas Day, Easter, Valentine's Day, etc, please order at least three or four days ahead;

4. Our delivery time should be from 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. local time;

5. We will not provide delivery service on legal festivals or holidays of every country. If weekends, the order will be delivered ahead or postponed to workdays;

6. Please pay attention to the time difference of different country while placing an order. The order may be delivered ahead or postponed one day to the workday because of time difference problem;

7. Substitution Policy: occasionally, some flowers or plants may be substituted due to seasonality, regionality and availability. we assure you that the substitutes will be the same category, the same value and the same effect. In order not to make delay, we will not notify you for it.

8. While ordering the roses, please remember to make a note what color of roses you choose (red, yellow, white, pink, etc.) in “special requirements” column. If no special requirement, we will use red roses.

9. We will seldom reply to you when the order has been accomplished, if you need, please make a note in “special requirement” column. (reply will be at least 3 days later delivery time)
