About Plants Delivery  

1.We mainly deliver your products through our local chain florists according to your delivery area. Generally we allow collection by others, unless you indicate the recipient personally receiving by make a note in "special requirement" column.

2.We will not bear responsibility if the order is delayed or unable to deliver by the following situations:
(1). the recipient is not present when we arrive at the delivery time, and no others can receive on behalf of recipient.
(2). we meet natural calamity or traffic forbidden etc.;

3.We will not bear responsibility for repeated delivery expenses by the following situation:
(1). the customer demands to provide delivery continually after The recipient rejection;
(2). the recipient is not present when we arrive at the delivery time.

4.Please check flowers after receiving. If any problems, you have the right to reject signing or require replacement, and please indicate on the signing form the reasons for rejection or replacement.
