Q: How to make payment?
A: According to the step of ordering, you first choose the product- >>Put in to the shopping cart- >>Fill in the order form- >>Submit the order, the next step is to choose online payment to pay. If you choose Western Union remittance, please email us to inform your payment. After we check your payment, we will revise the status of your order to be a valid paid order. Q: Should I notify you after paying by Western Union?
A: Yes. If you chose non- online means of payment–Western Union, after you remitting, you should please timely send an E-mail to inform us (the only way in which we can check your payment). The email should include: your name, order number, the amount of remittance and Money Transfer Control No., As well as identity verification issues. After we get these information, we will go to the local agency of Western Union for your remittance, and then we will arrange your order.
Q: Can I place an order without paying?

Q: Can I cancel the order?
A: If you check your order’s status marked “not deal with”, you can log in " member center " to cancel this order and notify us in time;
If your order’s status is marked as an effective order, please notify us as soon as possible before delivery time. We will cancel your order and return relevant funds to your virtual bank.
If your products have already been delivered, we will be unable to cancel your order and return the funds.
Q: Is the quality of the products on your site guaranteed?

Q: How advance to order flower to deliver?
A: Order 3-6 hours ahead to large and medium cities. Order one day ahead is better to small cities. You’d better order ahead on peak period (such as Christmas Day, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day), so that we can arrange your order on time.
Q: Can you deliver if the consignee's address is not detailed?
