Service Charge
Our service charge includes the price of products, delivery fee, and other relevant charges for delivery. What we charge for you is for all the service and products
1. In urban area, we provide door-to-door free delivery by our local chain florist. Suburbs delivery is required $5 service charge, outer suburbs is required $8 delivery charge. If your delivery area is not in our distribution list, or you don’t know the range of your address, please contact us to confirm!
2. Because some gifts will deliver in another way as flower delivery. The time of receiving will be not the same. If you choose flowers and gifts to deliver, please order ahead.
3. In principle, we do not promise to provide delivery in certain specific time, such as at 10:20. However, if you have special requirement for delivery time, you can make a note in the “special requirement”. It will be required additional $5 service fee. In the day of some important festivals such as Christmas, Chinese New Year, Valentine's Day, the Mid-Autumn Day, Mother's Day and so on, we cannot meet your needs for delivery at a designated time. We can only promise to delivery in the same day.
