Delivery Policy
1、We support the appoint time delivery, in most cities, in 3-6 hours flowers can be send to the recipient. But in we not support appoint time deliver in festivals. Gifts will post in 48 hours, about 3-7 days can arrive.

Substitution Policy
1．Depends on the different area and season, if we have to change the main flower we will contacut with you. If we don`t get any response in time, we will substitute with the flowers in the same color and theme.
